Itinerary Confirmation

Once the booking is made, you will immediately receive an itinerary (email or text) that can be sent to the booker as well as the traveller. Changes and cancellations to the booking are possible after the time of booking.

Payment

We facilitate payment for rooms using your preferred payment method. Options include corporate credit cards, personal cards or our own “virtual payment” system. Our single-use credit cards streamline the payment process and eliminate fraud.

Projects can vary in terms of duration and size of crew. Projects can consist of 20 employees for a week, 2 employees for 6 months, or 200 employees for 6 weeks. You tell us what your need is and we work to find the ideal accommodation in the right location at the right price.
