Yes, Frontier works with a wide range of camp providers and coordinates bookings with them regularly.

With Frontier ONLINE, your booking is completed instantly. When you book with an agent, Frontier is typically able to send you confirmation in less than 15 minutes. However, when the team receives an unexpected influx of requests, bookings are prioritized based on arrival time to make sure that everyone gets booked before their arrival.

Any booking request that exceeds 100 room nights is automatically considered a project. That could mean 10 people for 10 nights, 1 person for 100 nights, or 100 people for one night.

Frontier does not directly book flights or car rentals. However, we do have an industry partner that we have teamed up with that can help provide you with a consolidated booking experience should you need flights, hotels, and car rentals all at once. Not looking to change your Travel Management Company? No problem, Frontier tacks on perfectly with any other travel provider, guaranteeing that your accommodations processes are always top notch.

Frontier can help you find the hotel with the right space and amenities you need for your event, but we do not plan events. Once we have helped you find the right property and book the hotel rooms for your travelers, we will then connect you with their events manager so you can secure the catering, AV equipment, and any other requirements you might need.

Billing, Security & Reconciliation

Between the diligence of our folio team and cutting edge technology, Frontier makes sure the rate charged is accurate, that the room was charged to the designated form of payment and not to the traveler, and also checks to see if any incidental or damage charges got included. We then total up all the taxes for perfect reporting accuracy.

Frontier has partnered with virtual card providers that create single use credit cards with set limits and transaction restrictions. They are generated automatically at the time of booking and are only used for the reservation in question and are not shared amongst multiple properties.

 

Or, Frontier can work with your existing corporate credit card and will only send your card to the properties through an encrypted channel. This channel limits the property’s access to the card and deletes it from their system after the booking is completed.

Traveler Experience

Frontier ONLINE or Frontier’s agents can tell you exactly what travelers you have in each location and what their remaining dates of stay are. They can also help you quickly cancel those rooms and move them somewhere else when needed.

Absolutely! Frontier’s rates allow for point collection and you can even store the loyalty account numbers in personal profiles therefore making sure the accounts are applied to every booking.

Accommodation Programs come with the option to either allow your travelers to check-in with a photo ID only. Or you can set things up so that a credit card is always needed and that room and tax will always be the only thing you see on your bill.

Account Setup & Administration

Frontier has a small agreement that does not lock you into terms and is filled with simple language so you never run into any surprises. Once that is signed, we conduct a short implementation meeting to make sure we understand your needs. Within a few days to a couple weeks of that meeting, Frontier will activate your Frontier ONLINE accounts and send you all the instructions you need to start booking, officially beginning your journey to savings. Frontier helps you set your list of authorized bookers and gives them access to either only book for themselves or for others as well. When someone unauthorized reaches out requesting a room on your account, a Frontier agent reaches out to your designated approver to see if the request should be denied, or if it is just someone who you forgot to add into your program.
